NEST organisation

NEST Group Counselling International was established in 2003 with the aim “to support and promote the treatment of individuals suffering from abuse, neglect and pregnancy loss howsoever arising by means of counselling and any other available means with a view to the prevention of their reoccurerence.”

NEST Group Counselling International is a professional organization for national organizations and therapists working in different countries, including the Czech Republic, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Switzerland and the Ucraine.

The annual International Conference is the main professional forum for the exchange of experience and collaboration among NEST therapists working in different therapy and training centres. During the last couple of years the following conferences have been organized:

1st International NEST Conference: 10-13 September 2003, Szczyrk, Poland

2nd International NEST Conference: 7-10 September 2004, Szczyrk, Poland

3rd International NEST Conference: 1-4 September 2005, Zlate Hory v Jesenikach, Czech Republic

4th International NEST Conference: 31 August - 3 September 2006, Valea Drăganului, Romania.

5th International NEST Conference: 5-8 September 2007, Ustron, Poland

6th International NEST Conference: 11-13 September 2008, Bystrice pod Hostynem, Czech Republic

7th International NEST Conference: 10-12 September 2009, Ustron, Poland

8th International NEST Conference: 9-11 September 2009, Krnov, Czech Republic
